Our AI Relationship Manager product ("ARM," available at agrasentechnologies.com/ai-relationship-manager) is a personal CRM service. When you create an account or use ARM, we additionally process: Account and authentication data • Email address and profile information from Google or email sign-in (via Firebase Authentication) • Workspace name and team membership roles CRM data you enter • Contact names, birthdays, anniversaries, notes, interaction history, and related fields you choose to store • Notification preferences and integration settings for your workspace Workspace API connections (optional) • If you add third-party API keys in Settings → Connections, they are stored encrypted per workspace. Keys are used only to provide features you enable (e.g., OpenAI, Mapbox, email, Google Calendar, news). We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage. Features you enable may send data to your configured providers (OpenAI, Mapbox, Resend/SMTP, Google Calendar, NewsAPI, or Google News RSS). Workspace owners can export workspace data (JSON) from Settings → Compliance. To delete your ARM account or workspace data, contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

We use collected information to: • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and service-related communications • Deliver IT consulting, development, and advisory services you request • Send newsletters, updates, or marketing communications (with your consent where required) • Improve our Site, services, and customer experience • Analyze Site traffic and user behavior • Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements We process information based on legitimate business interests, contractual necessity, your consent, or legal requirements, as applicable.
